Driven by a passion for design, performance, and sustainability, Justin founded Everrati to redefine iconic cars,  creating zero-emission vehicles that are more powerful, rewarding, and timeless than ever before. His vision is to establish Everrati as the global leader in sustainable, electrified classics, merging cutting-edge technology with the artistry of automotive history.

A seasoned executive and early Everrati investor, Rhodri brings a unique blend of operational discipline and business scaling expertise. With a background in the Army and decades of experience growing international software businesses, he combines strategic insight with hands-on leadership. Coming from a motorsport and automotive family, Rhodri plays a key role in structuring and driving Everrati’s rapid growth.

A highly respected automotive engineer, Alberto brings over 20 years of experience spanning motorsport, supercars, and cutting-edge vehicle technology. Previously the Technical Director at Zenvo Automotive, he now leads the revival of Isdera as CEO. With expertise in powertrain systems, vehicle dynamics, and sustainable innovation, Alberto’s passion lies in pushing performance and precision to new heights.

A powertrain specialist and entrepreneur, Doug has over 30 years of experience in the automotive industry. From designing Renault F1’s 20,000 rpm V8 engine to co-founding Flybrid Automotive, his expertise spans hybrid systems, transmissions, and battery technology. A seasoned leader in technical strategy, due diligence, and fundraising, Doug continues to drive innovation in mobility.

Bruno is a seasoned investor with nearly two decades of experience across mobility, energy, and sustainability. He has held key roles at Morgan Stanley, Virgin Management, and Autonomy Partners, managing 30+ private investments. As the head of Rumo Ventures, Bruno advises and invests in Everrati and other future-focused businesses, shaping the next era of sustainable mobility.

A leader in high-voltage electrification, Tony Fong has 15 years of experience in the automotive industry, spanning manufacturing, consulting, and motorsport. Having been with Everrati since its early days, he plays a key role in developing the company’s cutting-edge EV technology and leads the engineering team in delivering OEM-grade solutions.

With over 35 years in the automotive industry, Nigel has held executive leadership roles at McLaren, Lamborghini, and Lotus, as well as advising Koenigsegg, Spyker, and Saleen. A champion of lightweight design and intelligent engineering, he is passionate about vehicle electrification and innovation, shaping the future of high-performance automotive brands.

With over 30 years in private equity and investment banking, Graham has shaped businesses across the US and Europe. A co-founder of MidOcean Partners, he has held leadership roles at Deutsche Bank, Morgan Grenfell, and Bankers Trust. Graham is a board member of several companies and holds an MA in Law from Oxford University.

A renowned automotive executive, Dr. Andy Palmer has led major electrification initiatives at Nissan and Aston Martin as COO and CEO, respectively. A pioneer of the Nissan LEAF, he now advises leading EV businesses and serves as CEO of Pod Point.

At Everrati, Dr. Palmer supports the growth of both its luxury EV range and B2B electrification solutions, leveraging his expertise in zero-emission technology and strategic leadership.

A sports marketing veteran with over 30 years of experience, David Warren has held key roles at Canon, Benetton F1, and All Sport. As Director of Partnership Sales at Formula E, he has been instrumental in driving brand collaborations. At Everrati, he advises on strategic partnerships, leveraging his extensive industry network to support the company’s growth.

A mobility and technology marketing leader, Louise has helped shape disruptive brands from Tesla and McLaren to Archer Aviation, where she led its journey from startup to a $2.7bn IPO. Recognized as a leader in eVTOL innovation, she brings deep expertise in brand strategy, storytelling, and launching game-changing products.

Head of Production at Everrati. Ex-Head of Prototype Build at Arrival. Experience in R&D, Automotive and Motorsport industries with a focus on Electric vehicles. Lead of Prototype, Electrical Build/Dev, HV Build, Process, Quality and Build Engineering functions to deliver company objectives over multiple vehicle programmes.
